1. Charge the massager for 2 hours before first use and whenever needed. 2. Select one of the three massage heads based on the target body area: Round Head for large muscles, Bullet Head for focused trigger points, and Fork Head for neck, shoulders, and spine. 3. Turn on the massager and choose one of the four speed levels (2000 rpm, 2300 rpm, 2600 rpm, or 3000 rpm) for different massage intensities. 4. Apply the massager gently to the desired body area, moving it in circular or linear motions. 5. Use the massager for up to 15 minutes per body area, taking breaks as needed. 6. After use, clean the massage heads and store the massager in the provided leather case. 7. Always follow safety precautions, such as avoiding sensitive areas and not using the massager on injured or inflamed skin.
